The TSC Alpha-40L direct thermal mobile label printer convinces in manufacturing, retail, healthcare, transportation and logistics with reliable printing performance and robust housing. It creates labels up to 112 mm wide with a maximum print speed of 127 mm/sec. at a resolution of 203 dpi. Its rubber-encased plastic housing is IP54-certified for dust and water protection and easily withstands multiple drops from up to 1.8 m in accordance with MIL-STD-810G standards. With the optional protective cover, the drop protection even increases to up to 2.5 m.
For smooth printing, the Alpha-40L is equipped with a 6200 mAh lithium-ion battery, 32-bit RISC CPU, 128 MB SDRAM and 128 MB flash. Easy handling is provided by seven control buttons, a clear 2.3" colour LCD and various sensors for status monitoring. Interfaces include USB-C 2.0 for communication purposes, NFC and optionally MFi Bluetooth 5.0 or Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi 802.11ac.
